Through dialogue, cogent examples, experiential exercises, mixed media, and demonstrations and practice, you will learn ways to work with couples and your partner to achieve a "new way to love."You will sharpen the psychological lens by:- Practicing self-reflective dialogue
- Uncovering and naming the unconscious deal
- Learning ways to use this information to form a true partnership
- Understanding when to use your cognitive channels and when to use your emotional channels
You will grow the spiritual/maturity lens by:- Practicing mindfulness to become more present
- Learning techniques to grow the physical container to hold what is inside
- Experiencing ways to expand your awareness of your impact on others
- Discovering new ways to employ the senses to deepen connection
- Choosing love over fear more of the time
